PS Plus May 2026: Three Games Worth Adding Right Now
PlayStation Plus May 2026 is live — Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, EA Sports FC 26, and Nine Sols are yours to claim until June 1. Here is the breakdown.

PlayStation Plus dropped its May 2026 lineup on May 5, and it is a solid mix of genres. You have got a souls-like set in imperial China, a polished football sim, and a slick 2D action-platformer. Available across all PS Plus tiers — Essential, Extra, and Premium — until June 1. Here is what you are getting.
Wuchang: Fallen Feathers
This is the headliner. Wuchang: Fallen Feathers is a challenging action-RPG set during the final days of the Ming Dynasty, blending Chinese mythology with a Soulsborne-style combat system. Think brutal difficulty, deep lore, and a striking visual style that leans hard into traditional Chinese aesthetics.
If you bounced off games like Sekiro or Black Myth: Wukong, this might not be your thing. But if you are into methodical, rewarding combat with rich world-building, Wuchang is absolutely worth your time — and getting it through PS Plus makes it a no-brainer to at least try.
EA Sports FC 26
The annual football sim needs no introduction. EA Sports FC 26 is the latest entry in EA's flagship series, featuring updated rosters, refined gameplay mechanics, and the usual array of modes — Ultimate Team, Career Mode, and online play.
If you have been on the fence about picking this one up, PS Plus just made the decision easy. Even if football games are not your main jam, it is worth downloading to have around for casual sessions or when friends come over.
Nine Sols
Nine Sols is the hidden gem of this month's lineup. It is a 2D action-platformer that mixes Metroidvania exploration with a parry-focused combat system, wrapped in a stunning hand-drawn art style rooted in Taoist mythology and retrofuturistic vibes.
The game received excellent reviews when it launched on PC, and it has been a fan favourite among players who love tight, responsive combat. Its Sekiro-inspired parry mechanics make every boss fight feel like a puzzle you are gradually solving — deeply satisfying once it clicks.
How to Claim
All three games are available now through the PlayStation Store. Just navigate to the PS Plus section, find the monthly games, and add them to your library. You keep access as long as your subscription is active — even if you do not download them right away, just make sure you add them before June 1.
- Wuchang: Fallen Feathers — souls-like, PS5
- EA Sports FC 26 — sports sim, PS4/PS5
- Nine Sols — 2D action-platformer, PS4/PS5
All three tiers — Essential, Extra, and Premium — get access to the monthly games. Do not sleep on Nine Sols in particular. It is the kind of game that flies under the radar but ends up being the one you remember months later.
