LoL Patch 26.10 Is Live — Lee Sin Gets a Rework and Free Shopping Is Back
League of Legends Patch 26.10 drops today with a modernized Lee Sin rework, Naafiri and Zed nerfs, and the Blue Essence Emporium returning until June 10.

League of Legends Patch 26.10 hit live servers today, and it is a meaty one. Riot is modernizing Lee Sin, slapping Naafiri and Zed with nerfs they absolutely deserve, buffing some struggling champions, and — best of all — bringing back the Blue Essence Emporium so you can finally spend that mountain of BE you have been hoarding.
Lee Sin Finally Gets His Glow-Up
The biggest change this patch is not a number tweak — it is a full rework of Lee Sin's kit philosophy. Riot is calling it a "modernized rework," and the goal is to raise his skill ceiling without bumping up his overall power level.
The main cut: ward hop penalties are gone. That old mechanic was a relic of a different era, and removing it opens up cleaner, more expressive jungle plays without punishing you for creative movement. If you have been sleeping on Lee Sin, this patch might be the right time to dust off the blindfolded monk.
Who Got Buffed
Four champions are coming up this patch:
- Ambessa — Her body now continues to fly, knock up, and deal damage even if she dies mid-flight. Early power gets a nudge while her late-game scaling stays the same.
- Galio — Multiple mid-lane changes, plus his ultimate now properly scales with Magic Resistance, his primary stat.
- Wukong — Buffs aimed at rewarding smart clone play.
- Zeri — Q base damage goes from 21–33 to 22–38. Excess attack speed to AD conversion jumps from 50% to 60%. Her ultimate also gets a bugfix: attacks during R now extend its duration by 2.5 seconds instead of 1.5.
Who Got Nerfed
Five champions are taking hits, and honestly most of these feel overdue:
- Naafiri — She has been dominating both mid and jungle, so Riot is cutting her damage output across the board.
- Zed — E damage drops to a max of 160 at max rank (down from 170), and his passive percent max HP damage scales down to 5/7.5/10% at early ranks instead of a flat 6/8/10%.
- Anivia — Top lane Anivia was getting out of hand. Changes target that specifically.
- Ashe — Targeted nerfs, details TBD as the patch fully rolls out.
- Shyvana — Same situation as Ashe — nerfs incoming after recent overperformance.
System and Item Changes
Patch 26.10 also ships some notable system tweaks:
- Minion aggro rework — Attacking enemy minions no longer adds your champion to their priority aggro list. This is a small but impactful change for lane trading patterns.
- Deathfire Touch nerfed — Early-game damage drops from 4–12 to 3–12.
- Gluttonous Greaves — 50g cost increase, and omnivamp per stack is reduced from 1% to 0.6%.
- Doran's Bow and Helm buffed — Modest stat bumps to encourage build variety on marksmen and tanks.
- Lich Bane — AP ratio up to 45%, movespeed bonus up to 6%. AP assassins and hybrid mages will love this.
- Stormraider's Surge — Duration extended to 4 seconds, melee movespeed boosted to 48%.
Blue Essence Emporium Is Back — Until June 10
The Blue Essence Emporium returns today and runs until June 10, 2026. If you are sitting on a stockpile of BE, now is the time to spend it.
This cycle's highlights include chromas, special Emporium cosmetics, and a new title — "Big Serious Gamer" — which feels like it was written specifically for people who have been grinding ranked since season one. New skins also hit the shop today: Rain Shepherd Ivern and PROJECT: Quinn are both available now.
The Bottom Line
Patch 26.10 is the kind of update that actually changes how games play out. The Lee Sin modernization alone will shake up the jungle meta, the Naafiri and Zed nerfs should bring some sanity back to mid lane, and the item changes ripple across multiple roles. Grab your free BE cosmetics while the Emporium is open, and get comfortable on the new Lee — your teammates will thank you.
